In 1997 Denbigh talented folk rock trio Alan Thompson, Linda Thompson & John Evans entered into The Windings residential recording studios to record a 3 track EP. Two session musicians were drafted in to “beef up” the backline - enter Steve Washington (Take That & Texas) on Drums and Simon Hide on bass. “Magic Man”, “When My Time Comes ‘round” & “North East South & West”  were in the bag and sounding awesome. The band were quickly making a name for themselves working hard gigging and in the studio. In 1999 the trio signed a record deal with Carrerra Records but shortly after,  they split without realising their dream. 

Alan (Mandolin, guitar & Vocals), Linda (Vocals) & John (Guitar & vocals) - their music is likened to Joni Mitchell, 10,000 Maniacs & Pentangle with a “new edge” 

Ten years on and the band are reforming for a one off concert at Theatre Twm o’r Nant, Denbigh on Thursay 20th August. 

Joining Redhill on the evening is a selection of some of the finest musicians that North Wales has to offer....Cookie Baker (keyboards), Chris Godfrey (percussion), Sarah Davies (singer/songwriter), David Stewart Jones (Guitar), Andy Durant (Drums) & Sefton Herman (Bass)

The night will be hosted by John Sellers (TV performer and musician of S4C fame) 

The night promises to be a cosmic gathering of talented artists all working together to produce some incredible moments of excellence! 

Doors will open at 7:30pm & Tickets will be priced at £5 (£6.50 door subject to availability) and will be available from....
