Location (Map to PitP! St Asaph)

PitP will be taking place at the Roe Plas Playing Fields, St Asaph.  St Asaph is at junction 27 from the A55. Follow the A525 into St Asaph and the event grounds are at the bottom of the high street  and adjacent to the river Elwy.

Prices
Admission for Adults £5; Under 15's & OAP's £1 (ID will be required).

Opening Times
Gates will open at 13:00hrs; Show starts 14:00hrs - 22:00hrs

Parking
There will be NO on-site parking. 

Early visitors should be able to park in the car park next to the Gamekeeper and adjacent to the site entrance (please note that this car park is relatively small). Alternative parking will be available in the Cathedral car park, Glan Clwyd School or the Cattle Market.

Disabled
Disabled drivers will gain access onto the field, on production of their disability badge, were they will be guided to a designated parking zone.

Dogs
Dogs on leads are allowed on the showground - Any distressed dogs will be removed by the RSPCA/Police from cars and no liability will be accepted for any damage caused. For reasons of hygiene and health, please do not allow dogs to foul.

Rubbish
Please ensure that you leave the area as you found it. There will be wheelie bins on site but it would be appreciated if you could bring a bin bag with you to clear up your own rubbish.

Weather
Please dress according to the weather conditions. Sun cream will not be available on site, so please supply your own.

BBQ's
Due to Health & safety regulations and the risk of fire, BBQ's or open fires will not be permitted on site.

Children
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
